    That is a good question because the answer is not so obvious.
    There are tens of thousands of sites where you can read advice on SEO but the problem is how do you know what is reliable information and what is not? How do know if a particular piece of advice is out of date and long since ceased to be true? How do you tell if the advice is from someone who thinks they know or from someone who really does know?
    You could read some of the more popular forums on the subject. However these tend to provide lots of opinions (sometimes diametrically opposed) but very few facts.
    You could try a random recommendation like the one pretty_freakay suggested above but the latest post on the site, on submitting to directories, is a load of crap and if you followed the advice would ensure that your site never gets into the DMOZ directory.     You could of course read the advice provided by an SEO company as linkme2mrseo suggested above. However the primary purpose of these company sites is to persuade you to become a customer not to tell you everything you need to know.

    Remember also there are really no tricks in SEO just hard work and the application of sound principles.

    That is so easy Mr SEO We have forums, articles and a podcast that teaches SEO. It is a good source of good current information

    Build links for other sites to yours! I use an EZ program that finds good sites, send out an email invite to trade links and even builds the link pages.
    Once you have other sites pointing at your site, rankings zoom up! I know, I did it and my Adsense income runs about $25 per day!
    It takes time! But, it really works!
