  Manual Submission is always good rather then software become article and directory submission must be done in proper category, also these days many company offer low cost service then software

  Stay away from directory submitters. Truth is that there are only a handful of article sites that give decent page rank. In my opinion the only two that are worth your time are Ezine and Squidoo. The rest of those sites are worthless. The following link is a good article on do-follow sites.
