I dont about consulting and all, but im a CS student and my final year project is about building a search engine. I guess you’re in need of a guy with knowledge in Information Retrieval algorithms, Clustering, etc, right?
I would advise you to goto Google Scholar (http://scholar.google.com) and search for research papers related to Information Retrieval, User Interface design, Human Computer Interaction, and Clustering methods. You could even contact me if you’ve got any doubts.
