Does Google Pay Every Website That Join Google Search Engine?
I mean i’ve one website and it’s build from homestead.com and they want me to promote it and join some search engines.so if visitor click on my site in google search engine . can i get paid for that. what do i need to do to get paid by only visitor when my website is build from homestead.com I mean i want to get pay when a visitor visit my site.

No, Google does not pay anyone for their website.
You can make money off your website with Google AdSense – it is free to join and will allow you to make money off ads from Google. Good thing too.
Google search engine doesn’t pay you anything.
