How Come Whenever You Misspell A Popular Site, You’re Taken To A Search Engine?

If you were trying to go to goodsearch.com, but you typed in goodsearh.com, some other search engine is the result. There’s a lot of these! I was just wondering why they’re there, and using the names of other sites, take or give a few letters.
