How Do You Place Pictures On The Search Engine Where They Will Show Up If You Search A Term?
How do you get a picture in the, say, Yahoo search engine that will come up if you search that term. For example, if I wanted to put a picture of me under my full name in the Yahoo Picture search engine, how would I go about doing that to where it would show up if I then searched my name? create an account at flickr or photobucket (free) and when you upload photos you “tag” them, so when you do a search they will show up.
Note: There are millions of photos, so you may not ever find them just by searching, but someone, somewhere will.
Go to google images and search for anything, you will see that a lot of the pictures come from sites like this.http://www.photobucket.comhttp://www.flickr.com
Flickr is associated with Yahoo, so you may be better off going that route, but photobucket is fine too.
Hi, I don’t think the oter people have answered your question. This is pretty simple. If you have a website or a blog, create a picture called ‘your-name.jpg’ obviously this would be your name. Separate the first name and surname with a hyphen or underscore. Then add it to your site or blog. Make sure your also add the alternative tag to the image also making sure that this is ‘Your Name’. Thats it, just wait for the search engines to siper the page. You could also just set up a Face book profile and upload a photo to that.
You don’t have the authority to put anything into a search engine. Do you mean you want to put an image as part of your search. That’s not possible. If you ever search your name… you don’t want ANYTHING to show up. Do you want complete strangers to find you?? The search engine is not a people finding service or a dating service. Sometimes if a person is active on the internet, and, for instance, has personal web pages, or is selling items using their real name, then those pages could come up in a search. But you can’t just put your name or picture is IN a search engine so it shows up in a search so people can find you.
I know in Google:
Go to google.com
In the top left corner, choose the link “Images”
Now, search for the term and you will find the image corrsponding to it
