I Need To Find A Search Engine For Searching Results Only From America?
I’m writing a paper for school on medical negligence and I need a case study of a hospital that was found guilty of negligence (not malpractice, negligence) and I need it to be a hospital in the United States. Google is no help, because all the results I can find are from India or the UK. Is there any search engine that will allow me to search results only from North America?

I tried this keyword phrase on Google and got a pretty good response, U.S. only => “united states hospital suits negligence”
Impossible. Your best bet is to find relevant US-centric keywords like JCAHO. Either that or forget web search engines and stick to specific databases. If you can get a list of all the hospitals you should be able to find all the studies published about them.
