Report it to ‘abuse@zeezo.com’ or contact the webmaster of that site. If they are a reputable company then they though remove the ad.
If she is now getting unwanted (and probably nasty) phone calls, I would suggest she changes her cellphone number..

Email the webmaster giving him 7 days to remove the advert or you consult your lawyer regarding suing the company that runs the site. The advertisement is libelous and defames your character. Make your email look good maybe put a letterhead at the top – make it look as if you can afford to sue for a few million!
THERE IS 1 GOOD THAT THAT COMES FROM CREATING ACCOUNT / AND THE IS TO BE ABLE TO DELETE THAT ACCOUNT AND CREAT A NEW ONE.
