When I Click On A Website On A Search Engine Internet Explorer Freezes Up?
But it goes back to normal after a little while. I don’t know what’s happening. Pop-up blocker is off and it keeps happening. Please help.

You shouldn’t be using Internet Explorer. It has alot of problems. I recommend going to http://www.firefox.com and downloading FireFox. It’s alot better, and easy to use.
use firefox, if not have a good clear out of your temp files and do a spyware check
