I have a Dell computer. Everytime I search from the address bar, it defaults to a Dell search page. I changed my default search engine in IE to Yahoo, but from when I search from the address bar, it still uses the Dell search page.

I see a lot of questions that could be answered with a simple internet search. How do people find Y!A if they can’t use an internet search engine?

Do you like a Mega Search engine or just one single one at a time?
I have enjoyed Dogpile for years but was wondering what else might be out there, hence the question.

I have searched everywhere on the net. There is not a single solution that really works. It’s really annoying how everytime I delete it, it comes back again. I need to know a real solution to delete the Yoog Search engine. Does anybody know for sure?

You know how when you type something in the adress bar and if its not the site example: yahoo answers and it sometimes shoots you to a search engine like google well mine is on ask.com and i want to go search on google because ask.com is not as great anyhelp on changing it?

after i have typed in the thing i want on google search engine and it comes up with the list of websites. when i click on the one i want the page does not come up and it directs me to a different page. i have to go back and do that process 3 times before the page i originally wanted comes up. please help me solve the problem. it been annoying me for months.

But it goes back to normal after a little while. I don’t know what’s happening. Pop-up blocker is off and it keeps happening. Please help.

I have a rapidshare premium account but rapidlibrary does not get me some stuff. I need a better search engine especially for getting Tv series and shows.

NOT my default homepage, but rather the search engine for when I type in the address field.

Give me a list of your favorites. Google always brings up website that have paid to be listed, this isn’t helpful most of the time.
What do you think is the best search engine to use, and get good results?
