Is there way to search past submissions to a search engine, kind of like google did. Because I need to search something that existed in the year 2003. Bit now it doesn’t. So is there a way to do that? Like when google opened up its archives and allowed users to search past entries. Thanks in advanced. And waybackmachine prolly isn’t going to help.

Also…to find out if someone declared banrupcy?…who owns a particular property etc? I know they are public records but I am having a hard time locating the right search engine without getting to the end and they want $$.
